He has a PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (SP), a Master's degree in TeleInformatics Engineering from Federal University of Cear\u00e1 (UFC), a Specialist degree in New Educational Technologies from Jacarepagu\u00e1 Integrated College (FIJ - RJ), and a Bachelor degree in Computer Sicence from the Federal University of Piaui (UFPI). He is also a Computer Technician, certified by the Federal Center for Technological Education (CEFET - Piau\u00ed).
